Kitchen Supervisor Overview
Description:
The Kitchen Supervisor at Kilroy’s on Kirkwood will be expected to manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen. This position will report directly to the General Manager. Your accountabilities will be (but not limited to):

Own Kitchen.

Hiring, training, scheduling & firing your staff

On-Shift management. You will be a “player coach” as we will expect you to be on the line during peak hours with your staff.

You will be responsible for executing weekly inventory as instructed the General Manager and Inventory Manager.

L.M.A. (Lead, Manage, Accountability)

You will be expected to hold bi-monthly meeting with your staff to go over you departmental Scorecard

You will be expected to lead by example

You will be expected to hold you and your staff to a best-in-class standard.

Health Code Compliance
-
To comply with all Monroe County Health Codes.

To make sure the kitchen in all ways complies with Monroe County Health Department.

Catering/Off-Site

You will be responsible for staffing and executing any catering/off-site events.
Compensation:
-
This role will pay anywhere from $25/hr-$30/hr. This will be agreed upon prior to your start date.

Requirements
Time Requirement:
This job will, on average, require you to work 5 days a week & 30/hrs per week. You will be expected to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays. Some days as short as two hours (reporting days – Monday) and most other days are between 6–8-hour shifts. Those hours will generally be from 2PM-9PM
This role will be roughly 40-42 weeks a year. We, on average, close for a few weeks over Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring Break, and the Summertime. This is to provide a great work life balance and to provide you with time to spend with your family and friends
